Lifecycle
In the Lifecycle section, you see where the guest stands.
| Element | Meaning |

| Created on | When the guest was invited |
| Due in … | When the next review is due, for example in 158 days |
| Review | Confirm that ownership, purpose and access are still correct. Click Review to start the review. |
| Invitation acceptance | Whether and when the guest accepted the invitation. Use Resend invitation to send it again. |
Block and delete
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Block sign-in | The guest can no longer sign in, effective immediately. You can enable sign-in again at any time. |
| Delete guest | The guest is removed from your organisation and all teams. |
⚠️
A deleted guest loses all access immediately. If they need it again, contact your IT.
