Add the app
Your IT provides the Seamless app in Microsoft Teams. You add it once and then find it in the left bar.
Open Apps
In Microsoft Teams, click Apps in the left bar.
Find Seamless
Under Added by your org you see the apps your IT has made available. Click Seamless. You can also find the app using Search apps and more.
Open the app
Click Open. The Seamless app opens.
Pin it to the bar
Right-click the Seamless icon in the left bar and choose Pin. This keeps the app always visible.
You can't find Seamless under Added by your org? Then the app has not been made available to you yet. Contact your IT.
