Status and filters
Seamless regularly checks your teams against the rules set by your IT. If something deviates, a status appears in the list under Find workspaces. This shows you at a glance where something needs doing.
Status
In My workspaces, Seamless shows above the list under Some workspaces require attention which status values currently exist. For each team, its status appears in the Status column.
Clicking a yellow status opens the team exactly where you can fix it. For Not enough owners, for example, the Members section opens with the message 1 more owner is required. There you make another person an owner.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not enough owners | The team has too few owners. Make another person an owner. |
| Review required | The team must be reviewed. See Review. |
| Label change | The sensitivity label differs from the template. |
| Visibility change | The visibility differs from the template. |
| Guests access change | Guest access differs from the template. |
If a team has several deviations, the number of further ones appears next to the first status, for example + 2.
Filters
The filters are next to the search and can be combined:

In the Joinable workspaces and Sites views, Search by name only searches by name.
