Find guests
In the Guests tab of the Seamless app, you see external guests in one place, for example Anna Muster (Fabrikam).
Two views
Next to the search, two icons let you choose which guests you see:

| My guests | The guests you are responsible for |
| All guests | All guests in your organisation |
Your IT can hide the All guests view. You then only see your own guests.
Use Search guest… to search by name. What the statuses mean and how to filter is described under Status and filters. Click a column heading to sort the list; the arrow icon at the top right reloads it.
The list

| Status | What needs to be done, see Status and filters |
| Template | Guest template, for example Suppliers |
| First name, Last name, Company, Email | Details about the guest |
| Created | When the guest was invited |
| Invitation | Whether the guest has accepted the invitation: Accepted or PendingAcceptance |
| Sign-in | Whether sign-in is blocked |
Click a guest to open the detail view. Use Invite at the top right to invite a new guest: Invite guests
Customise the view
Use the column icon at the top right to open Manage how you view this list and choose which columns you see. The view only applies to you.
