Status and filters
Seamless checks your guests regularly against your IT's rules. If something needs to be done, a status appears in the list under Find guests.
Status
| Status | Meaning | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Review required | You need to confirm that the guest still needs their access. | Review the guest |
| Pending acceptance | The guest has not yet accepted the invitation. | Remind the guest. If they don't accept, they are deleted after a set number of days. |
| Inactive | The guest has not signed in for a long time. | Check whether the collaboration is still ongoing. Otherwise the guest is blocked and later deleted. |
| Properties incomplete | The guest is missing details your IT requires, for example the company. | Add the details |
Your IT decides what happens after how many days.
Filters
The filters are next to the search and can be combined:

| Status | Review required, Pending acceptance, Inactive, Properties incomplete |
| Property | Login blocked for blocked guests, Login enabled for guests who can sign in |
| Template | One or more guest templates, or Unassigned for guests without a template |
