Find workspaces
In the Workspaces tab of the Seamless app, you see your teams and SharePoint sites in one place. A workspace is a team in Microsoft Teams or a SharePoint site.
Three views
Next to the search, three icons let you choose which workspaces you see:
| View | What you see |
|---|---|
| My workspaces | All teams and sites where you are an owner or member |
| Joinable workspaces | Public teams and sites you can join |
| Sites | All workspaces whose SharePoint site you have access to |
What the status values mean and how to filter the list is described under Status and filters.
Use Search to search by name, for example Atlas. Click a column heading to sort the list. The arrow icon at the top right reloads the list. Inactive teams appear grey and in italics.
The list
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the team, for example 260215.001 - Project Atlas |
| Status | Deviations, see Status and filters |
| Organisation and Template | Organisation and template of the team |
| Responsible and Deputy | Responsible person and deputy |
| Relationship | Parent group |
| Lifecycle | Active, Inactive or Closed |
| Email address of the group | |
| Sensitivity | Sensitivity label |
| Visibility | Open eye: public. Crossed out eye: private |
| Expiration | When the team expires |
Clicking a team opens the detail view. The three dot menu in a row opens libraries, notebooks, the team and the site directly: Quick access
You can only use actions such as review, archive or reset sharing if you are an owner of the team.
Use Create to create a new team: Create a new team
Customise the view
The column icon at the top right opens Manage how you view this list:
