What customer data we store

To comply with Swiss Data Protection Law (revDSG), we do NOT retain personal or customer information and do not use data for marketing activities.

Data we store

• Your policy and template configurations
• Entra user and groups object IDs
• Your tenant ID

User object IDs (Microsoft Entra ID) are temporarily collected for support purposes and deleted after 90 days. Tenant IDs are stored to track trial usage but do not reveal company identities. Admin display names and acceptance dates for our terms are stored as evidence.

All policy and template configurations (titles, GUIDs, etc.) are stored securely. Customers can delete all configurations if they stop using Seamless.

How we store customer data

Customer configurations are securely stored in Cosmos DB, accessible only to the customer. Template and policy details are stored within the customer's Entra ID, safeguarding them from external access.
