Project manager & deputy

Organizational roles such as Project Manager and Deputy often do not align with the permissions assigned to owners and members within a team. Seamless addresses this by allowing a clearer distinction between these roles, ensuring that the person in charge and the deputy have appropriate permissions that match their responsibilities.

Handling of the responsible role

  • When a responsible is assigned to a team, they are automatically added as an owner within the team.
  • The responsible is recorded in a designated field.
  • Teams can be filtered by responsible in the list view.
  • The responsible can replace themselves with another person.

Handling of the deputy role

  • When a deputy is assigned to a team, they are automatically added as a member.
  • Only the responsible can change the deputy in Seamless.
