Sign-in
Follow this guide to sign-in, grant necessary permissions, and restrict access to the Seamless Admin Center for specific users or groups.
Sign-in to the Seamless admin center
- Use your Microsoft 365 global admin account and sign-in to the Seamless Admin Center ↗︎ (opens in a new tab)
- Accept the permissions request by checking the 'Consent on behalf of your organization' checkbox and clicking 'Accept'. Lern more about required permissions
The steps above will provide basic access to the admin center.
Give consent
To enable the full functionality, permissions must be granted. Follow these steps consent to the required permissions:
- In the Seamless admin center, navigate to Settings > Consents.
- In the body, click the consent button.
- Complete the permission grant process using your admin account.
Limit access
By default, the Seamless admin center is accessible to all users with the appropriate permissions. If you need to limit access to specific users or groups, follow these steps:
- Open the Enterprise Apps ↗︎ (opens in a new tab) blade in the Azure portal.
- Search for Seamless Admin Center.
- Select Properties.
- Set the Assignment required option to Yes and save your changes.
- Navigate to Users and Groups.
- Click Add user/group and select the users or groups you want to grant access to the Seamless Admin Center.
