Complete guest data

Guests who were not invited through Seamless often have incomplete details, e.g. no first name, last name or company. The Properties and display name format background job flags these guests, see Guest data.

With Generate user properties, Seamless completes the missing details from the guest’s email address. Seamless uses AI for this.

Complete guest data

1. Open Guests → Manage and select the guests.
2. Click Bulk operations → Generate user properties.
3. Confirm with Generate user properties.

Note

Seamless provides AI generated details as is. Check them afterwards.

Check status again

Under Bulk operations → Status checks, Seamless checks the selected guests again within a few minutes:

• Display name: format of the display name
• Properties: missing details
• Reset status: resets the Seamless status

Details from the guest themselves are more reliable. Send them a request via the guest portal.
