Delete a guest

Unlike workspaces, Seamless also deletes guests automatically if the guest template provides for it:

• Pending invitations: after a period without acceptance, see Pending invitations
• Inactive guests: after a period without sign-in, see Inactive guests
• Without review: after a period without review, see Reviews

Primary contacts delete guests in the review with Remove guest.

Delete a guest manually

1. Open Guests → Manage and select the guests.
2. Click Bulk operations → Delete and confirm.

Note

Deleted guests remain in the Microsoft Entra ID recycle bin for 30 days and can be restored from there. After that, Microsoft deletes them permanently.
