Lifecycle
In the Lifecycle section, you see where the guest stands in their lifecycle.

| Inactivity | When the guest last signed in |
| Review | When the next review is due, for example Due in 53 days, and when the guest was last reviewed. Click Review to start the review. |
| Invitation acceptance | Whether and when the guest accepted the invitation. Click Resend invitation to send the invitation again. |
You define when guests count as inactive and how often they must be reviewed in the guest template under Lifecycle.
Block and delete
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Block sign-in | The guest can no longer sign in, effective immediately, and loses access to all content. You can enable sign-in again at any time. |
| Delete guest | The guest is removed from your tenant and all teams. |

Deleted guests can be restored in Microsoft Entra ID for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted.
