Jobs
Your templates define rules, for example how many owners a team needs or when an inactive guest is deleted. To make sure these rules are followed, Seamless regularly checks your teams and guests in the background. These tasks are called jobs.
If a job is switched off, the related rule is not enforced. The settings in the template then have no effect.
You find the jobs in the Admin Center under Monitoring > Jobs.
Finish setting up and testing your templates before you switch on the jobs. A job applies the rules immediately to all teams or guests, for example when blocking and deleting inactive guests.
The jobs

| Job | What it does | Rule in the template |

| Review | Flags groups that need a review. | Lifecycle |

| Job | What it does | Rule in the template |
|---|---|---|
| Properties and display name format | Checks whether details are missing and sets the display name according to the naming convention. | Naming convention |
| Non-responsive guests | Finds guests who have not accepted their invitation, flags and deletes them. | Lifecycle: Pending invitations |
| Inactive guests | Finds guests based on their last sign-in, flags, blocks and deletes them. | Lifecycle: Inactive guests |
| Default Template & Host | Assigns the default template to guests invited outside of Seamless and sets the inviting person as the responsible person. | Default template |

A job in detail
Each job appears as its own card:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Toggle | Switches the job on or off. |
| Last Run | When the job last ran. |
| Last Update | When the job last changed something. |
| Status | Result of the last run, for example Completed. |
| Run now | Starts the job immediately, without waiting for the next run. Useful when you have changed a template and want to see the result right away. |
Reset the status of all guests
Seamless shows a status for guests, for example Inactive or Review required. If something is wrong, you can remove all statuses under Reset all users status with Reset. On the next run of the jobs, all guests get the correct status again.
Guests are neither blocked nor deleted in the process.
