List view
Under Guests > Manage, you see all guests in your tenant, including those not invited through Seamless. Filters help you quickly find the guests that don't follow the rules, and you can edit them individually or many at once.
What needs attention
Above the list, Seamless shows under Some guests require attention which deviations currently exist. Click an entry to filter the list by it.
| Status | Meaning | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Review required | The responsible person must confirm that the guest still needs access. | Lifecycle: review |
| Pending acceptance | The guest hasn't accepted the invitation yet. | Lifecycle: pending invitations |
| Inactive | The guest hasn't signed in for a long time. | Lifecycle: inactive guests |
| Properties incomplete | The guest is missing details the template requires. | Naming convention |
The jobs set the status regularly.
Search and filter
Use Search guest to search by name, for example Fabrikam. You can combine the filters:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Status | Review required, Pending acceptance, Inactive, Properties incomplete |
| Property | Login blocked for blocked guests, Login enabled for guests who can sign in |
| Template | One or more guest templates, or Unassigned for guests without a template |
| Responsible | A responsible person, or Unassigned for guests without a responsible person |
| Created | Period in which the guest was invited. Select the days in the calendar and click Apply. Click Clear to remove the filter. |
Click a column header to sort the list. The arrow icon at the top right reloads the list.
Guests with Unassigned as template were usually invited directly in Microsoft 365. With the default template, they get a template automatically. With Assign template, you assign one yourself.
Choose columns
Use the column icon at the top right to choose which columns you see:
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Name | Display name of the guest, for example Anna Muster (Fabrikam) |
| Status | Deviations, see above |
| Template | Guest template |
| Responsible | Responsible person |
| First name, Last name, Company, Email | Guest details from Microsoft Entra ID |
| Last sign-in | When the guest last signed in |
| Created | When the guest was invited |
| Invitation | Whether the guest has accepted the invitation: Accepted or PendingAcceptance |
| Sign-in | Whether sign-in is blocked |

Under Status checks, you check the guests immediately, without waiting for the next job run:

| Reset status | Removes the status. On the next job run, the guests get the correct status again. |
Under Custom actions, your own actions appear, for example Update details.
Deleted guests can be restored in Microsoft Entra ID for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted.
