Webhooks
In your templates you can add your own webhooks for approvals and in the lifecycle, for example for an Azure Logic App or a ticketing system. Seamless then reports every event to this address. How to set up webhooks is described under Webhooks.
Under Monitoring > Webhooks you see every notification and whether it arrived.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Event type | The event, for example user.report.inactivity for an inactive guest or user.invite for an invitation. |
| Target url | The address Seamless sent the notification to. |
| Status | Whether the notification arrived, for example Success. |
| Attempt count | How often Seamless sent the notification. |
| Last attempt | When Seamless last tried. |
| Next attempt | When Seamless tries again if the notification did not arrive. |
| Response code | The response of your system, for example 200 for success. |
If your system does not respond or responds with an error, Seamless automatically tries again.
Details of a notification

},
"eventType": "user.report.inactivity"
}If a notification keeps failing, you usually find the reason under Response, for example a wrong address or an invalid secret.
