Default template

Not all guests are invited through Seamless. Guests invited directly in Microsoft 365, for example in Teams, SharePoint, Engage or DevOps, automatically receive the default template. This way the rules apply to them as well.

The default template makes sure that

• every guest has a template and
• the person who invited them is set as the responsible person.

Set the default template

In the Admin Center, open Guests > Templates. Open the menu of the template you want and select Make Default.

There is only ever one default template.
