Partners
With partner relationships, a Microsoft partner can set up and support Seamless for your tenant. Conversely, as a partner you manage your customers' tenants from your own Admin Center. You switch the tenant at the top left of the navigation.
You find the partner relationships in the Admin Center under Settings > More > Partner relationships.
For data protection reasons, you see and change the partner settings only in your own tenant, not in tenants you manage as a partner.
Tenants you manage
Under Tenants managed by you you see all tenants you have access to as a partner, with name and tenant ID. You can view and change their configurations. Use the bin icon to hand back a tenant.
Partners with access to your tenant
Under Authorized partners you see which partners may manage your tenant.
- With Add authorized partner you invite a partner by email. The invitation appears under Open partner management requests until the partner accepts it. After that, the partner is in this list and can manage your tenant.
- Use the bin icon to revoke a partner's access.
Open requests
Under Open partner management requests you see invitations to partners that have not been accepted yet, with recipient and time. Use the bin icon to withdraw a request.
