Approval
In the Approval tab you define whether an invitation must be approved before the guest is invited.
You find the tab under Guests > Templates: edit the template, Approval tab.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Requires approval | An invitation must be approved before the guest is invited. |
| Approvers | Users who may approve invitations. The first approval completes the request. |
| Notification endpoint | Optional: webhook that is notified about new requests, for example for your own ticketing system. |
| Secret | Optional: secret your system uses to verify that the request comes from Seamless. |
In the Suppliers example, procurement approves every new guest.
