In the Utilities section you find utilities for a group.
Reset sharing
Use Reset shared content to remove all sharing in selected libraries and channels at once. This is useful when a project ends or files were shared too widely.
- Click Reset shared content.
- Choose where the sharing should be removed:

| Libraries | The libraries of the site, for example Documents, Team Message History and Teams Wiki Data |
| Standard channels | The standard channels, for example General |
| Private channels | The private channels. Each has its own site. |
Use Select all to select everything. Use Open storage location to open the storage location in SharePoint and check it first.
- Click Reset shared content.
The files of the standard channels are stored in the Documents library. If you select Documents, the standard channels are included automatically.

Resetting can't be undone. Removed sharing has to be created again.
