Approval
In the Approval tab, you define whether a request for a new team must be approved first.
You find the tab under Groups > Templates: edit the organisation, edit the template, Approval tab.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Requires approval | A request must be approved before the group or team is created. |
| Approvers | Users who can approve requests. The first approval completes the request. |
| Notification endpoint | Optional: webhook that is notified about new requests, for example for your own ticketing system. |
| Secret | Optional: secret your system uses to verify that the request comes from Seamless. |
In the Project example, the PMO approves every new project space.
