List view
Under Groups > Manage you see all Microsoft 365 groups and teams in your tenant, including those not created with Seamless. Filters help you quickly find the groups that don't comply with the rules, and you can edit them one by one or many at once.
What needs attention
Above the list, Seamless shows under Some workspaces require attention which deviations currently exist. Clicking an entry filters the list by it.
| Status | Meaning | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Not enough owners | The group has fewer owners than required. | Group: Minimum number of owners |
| Review required | The group needs to be reviewed. | Lifecycle |
| Label change | The sensitivity label differs from the template. | Group |
| Visibility change | The visibility differs from the template. | Group |
| Guests access change | Guest access differs from the template. | Group |
Seamless detects deviations through the jobs and immediately through the subscriptions.
Search and filter
Use Search to search by name, for example Atlas. You can combine the filters:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Status | Not enough owners, Review required, Label change, Visibility change, Guests access change |
| Property | Number of owners (none, one, more than one) and whether the group is a team (Teams enabled) |
| Organisation | One or more organisations, or Unassigned for groups without an organisation |
| Template | One or more templates, grouped by organisation, or Unassigned |
| Responsible | A responsible person, or Unassigned for groups without a responsible person |
| Lifecycle | Active, Inactive, Closed or Unassigned |
Click a column header to sort the list. The arrow icon in the top right reloads the list.
Groups with Unassigned for organisation or template were usually created outside Seamless. Use Assign organisation template to bring them into Seamless.

Use the column icon in the top right to choose which columns you see:

Single group
Clicking a group opens the detail view. The three-dot menu in a row contains the actions for that one group.
Inactive and closed groups appear grey and in italics in the list. Use New group to create a new group from a template: Create a new group
