SharePoint
In the SharePoint tab, you define how the team's SharePoint site is set up.
You find the tab under Groups > Templates: edit the organisation, edit the template, SharePoint tab.
| Field | Description |

| SharePoint property bag | Keys and values written to the site's property bag on creation and on every Apply template action. This feature is in preview and must first be turned on with Enable. |
| Site Owners | Users and groups for the SharePoint owners group. |
| Site Members | Users and groups for the SharePoint members group. |
| Site Visitors | Users and groups for the SharePoint visitors group. |
| Allow access requests | Allows access requests to the SharePoint site. |
| SharePoint site sharing permissions | Who can share content: Owners and members (files, folders and the site), Owners and members (files and folders only) (only owners can share the site) or Owners only. |
| Block download | Prevents files from being downloaded from the SharePoint site. Requires Microsoft Entra ID P1. |
