Lifecycle
In the Lifecycle section you see where the group stands in its lifecycle, and close it at the end.
Created
Under Created on you see when the group was created.
Review
Under Review you confirm that the owners, purpose and access of the group are still correct.

| Due in … | When the next review is due, for example in 360 days |
| Last review | When the group was last reviewed, or Never |
| Review | Starts the review: Review. The period then starts again. |
You set how often a group has to be reviewed in the template under Lifecycle.
Archive and delete
| Action | What happens |

| Archive | After a confirmation, carries out the steps set in the template under Archiving |
| Delete | Deletes the group after a confirmation |
⚠️
Deleted groups can be restored in Microsoft Entra ID for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted with all their content.
